NOIR SIDE OF SUMMER IN NIGERIA

Wearing an all black ensemble on the street of Lagos is not always so much fun, only few people appreciate it, some wonder if you are alright and you get so much attention, good and bad ones dearie! I am sure few people can relate. I paired this look to church and I almost regretted it! But, the few people complimenting me gave me little assurance, that it might not be so bad. Lol!

The amazing thing about pairing an all black ensemble is that you can never go wrong with it, and it's suitable for any season, never goes out of trend and it's perfect for those who like playing safe.

It is so much fun to wear prints and patterns and crazy colors, other times it can be just as fun by changing your look to pairing various shades of one color from head to toe.

'70s SUEDE

Whether in naturals, brights or muted pastels, suede had emerged as a chic, warm-weather option.

Suede, once thought of as a material for cooler temperatures, continues to show its seasonal versatility. Offered in neutrals, brights or muted pastels, leather's softer cousin has lightened up for resort-giving shoes and even bags a sophisticated touch.

This look is a combination of everything trendy this season.

The floral print creates a classy, romantic blend for this pleated skirt and I am in Love with the skirt! lol

   

The cold shoulder trend is still big this summer. Shoulder baring is secure without being obvious; chic without being attention grabbing. There is this  breezy nonchalance to off the shoulder look that is different to find fault with and if by any chance you are yet to own one, I wonder what you are waiting for? Lol

BLUE VIBE || How to style your short dress for an evening event

This dress is everything, and I decided to work it with two different looks, this is the elegant evening look, which can be worn for a date, dinner, cocktail, night out with the girls. Darling! The list is endless.

So, I thought to make 'magic'.

One of the wonderful things about this look is, it ability to flatter the wearer, and I believe in the popular quote which says "It is not just what you wear, but how you wear it".

WHITE SUMMER

Everyone is in love with print this summer but, how can one ignore the endless beauty of white, let me bring your attention to amazing ways you can style white dresses, from Glamorous, Romantic, sophisticated, Classy or chic. 

The crop and flowy skirt above was for a dinner party, and it was Rihanna inspired, so, I thought to style it differently.

Isn't it amazing that white dresses never go wrong no matter the occasion. Sometimes, all you just need is creativity to pull it off. 

Even Kim Kardashian West can't seem to get enough of white dresses, as she had worn white countless time in the past few weeks
